Where do I start? At the top… Where do I end?? At the top… We had the pleasure of meeting Chantal in the spring in 2024. I was coming to the end Of my third winter in Campitello and we were becoming more serious about purchasing an apartment. Chantal showed us properties in Canazei and Pozza. She exuded grace, maturity, knowledge, calmness and a work ethic far beyond her years. And ALL without any coercion OR pressure to purchase a property “Just to purchase a property.” We knew there was one in Campitello, our perfect location, but it was above our established price range. 5-6 months later, we spent a few nights in that apartment in Campitello. Then a week in another of Chantal’s properties. After a week away from Val di fassa, we returned and, needless to say, purchased the Campitello apartment from Chantal!! From the initial showings to the negotiations to the offer and acceptance, Chantal never wavered in her steadfastness. Nor with the added requirements for an international purchase. I feel like I have “forever” friends/contacts and a sense of community with Chantal and her team. Words cannot express the respect, admiration and appreciation that we have had throughout this experience and during our first year as property owners in Campitello Thank you from the bottom of our ❤️❤️
