Vendere casa è sempre un momento importante, e con l' agenzia Tempocasa mi sono sentita seguita davvero dall’inizio alla fine. Ho trovato persone disponibili, sincere e sempre pronte a chiarire ogni dubbio, senza mai farmi sentire “uno dei tanti”. Mi hanno accompagnato passo dopo passo con grande professionalità ma anche con un lato umano che fa davvero la differenza. Consiglio Tempocasa a chi cerca non solo competenza, ma anche attenzione e fiducia.

Ho comprato un'immobile presso questa agenzia e sono stato seguito in maniera impeccabile in tutte le fasi, anche nel post acquisto! Ragazzi cordiali, professionali e soprattutto disponibili! Spero in futuro di avere di nuovo il piacere di affidarmi a loro! Consigliatissimi +++

Recently I bought a house through this agency. The process took 5 months, and I am completely dissatisfied. The agency is totally unprofessional, dishonest, and full of liars—people without words. I do not recommend Tempocasa di Via Gorizia 198c, Torino, or any Tempocasa branch. I plan to contact the agency head so they can take action against these people who ruin and misuse the name of agency. The agent responsible for the house purchase is Andrea Zigolillo, who is the main person accountable. We signed the house in the first week of April. Other persons also responsible are Valentino (who followed the house process from first day till yesterday we signed atto”) and Patrick. Both work for the same agency and were involved in the scams carried out by these three individuals. Here’s what happened during my experience: First scam (Mutuo): Patrick, a consultant at the same Tempocasa agency (Via Gorizia), initially said he would charge €1,500 for the mortgage process. I agreed but clearly told him I would pay only for a 100% fixed-rate mortgage and would not accept or pay for any other type of mortgage. I also emphasized that the process must be completely transparent. From the beginning, nothing was transparent, and he misled me. He falsely promised that all documents were ready and that Unicredit Bank had approved a 100% fixed-rate mortgage. However, when we went to sign, I discovered that he had arranged a 100% variable loan, assuming I wouldn’t understand Italian and would sign anything. I immediately canceled in front of Bank Manager the process and the contract with him. He also took €300 from me and never returned it. He is completely dishonest, and I do not recommend him. Second scam (House furnishing): Valentino, who managed the house process from start to finish, assured me that all furniture and belongings would remain, as the house was sold fully furnished. I have videos showing that I asked about each item individually. However, when I received the keys, everything was gone—only broken items were left. I was told the owner would sell at €82,000 and leave all items, as written in the “proposta di acquisto.” Despite this, they took €2,480 in cash from me, in addition to the agency fees I had already paid and have not returned it. I am now taking legal action. 4 time i have asked and he never gave me no. of house owner, i believe he himself sold those item ...thats why he is not giving contact... I have all proof in audio recordings, videos, every single banknote number, and chat messages. I strongly do NOT recommend this agency — 0/1000 rating.
